Karina Valdez was crowned Miss Garden Grove's Outstanding Teen 2013 on Friday, Aug 24, 2012 by Miss Garden Grove's Outstanding Teen 2012, Jazmin Avalos. The new Beauty Garden Grove OT will represent her country in Miss California’s Outstanding Teen 2013 pageant. If She wins California OT, she will compete in Miss America’s Outstanding Teen 2014.
